Quintin Bulterman of HiFi.nl spent some quality time with DragonFly Copper, awarding it a full five stars in the process.
Testing the DAC both on the go with an iPhone and paired with a JitterBug on a Mac mini, Bulterman praised Copper's versatility and dynamic performance, noting, "It brings music to life and adds depth to the playback."
With twice the output power of any previous DragonFly, a 25% reduction in current draw, and a new copper-plated chassis for superior RF noise dissipation, Copper leaves Bulterman and his colleagues marveling:
The AudioQuest DragonFly Copper is exactly what we need in 2026: less power consumption, more power and hi-fi quality in the pocket.
